This happens when maintenance on our server and hosting partners is taking place. You will receive an email notification from your course News forum, notifying you of the date/times when this will happen. There can also be times of unschedule maintenance where you might experience a short term ‘glitch’. If you have not been informed of any maintenance taking place, and the problem continues to persist after a short period of time, the best thing to do is to contact moodlehelp@montessori.org.uk so that the support team can investigate further.
